You are an expert in what you do and how you do it. And, we are constantly improving, shifting, editing and recreating what we do and how we do it in order to best serve those that we work with, and for. With nearly a decade of organizational, programmatic, and educational experience, and a double masters in Social Work Administration and Public Policy, and Public Health Systems and Population Health, I can bring an important outside perspective to your practice or organization. Let me help you name, formulate, and ultimately implement your hopes, dreams, and magical beans in ways which ensure sustained and effective impacts.

What are the values you want your organization to uphold, and what is your plan for getting there? What growth edges might be identified so that they may be addressed? How do you plan on aligning all aspects of your work with the mission you’ve set forth as your guide? These are big questions, and they are challenging to address under any circumstances; we find ourselves daily in what has been termed ‘unprecedented circumstances’. It would be an honor to collaborate with your organization on finding creative, meaningful responses to these questions, in order to build impactful and effective pathways to cohesion, gentleness, and efficiency.

As educators, we take on major responsibility in helping to shape the lenses through which people might make sense of the world around them. And yet, we are still making sense of our own lenses, working to understand what we know, how we know it, and interrogating our own areas for growth. On the whole, educators are rarely taught how to speak about what it means to exist in a body as a learner, much less how to engage in empowering conversations around sex, intimacy, pleasure, relationships, and bodily autonomy. But it is a vital part of our development and growth as humans. I’ve spent my career learning how to have these conversations, how to translate them into pedagogy, and how to implement them strategically and effectively. I would be honored to help you expand your skill set as an educator and work with you towards building inclusive, affirming, and body-celebratory educational spaces.

So many people come to us for help understanding their human experience. And while our training is excellent, it can only cover so much - the human experience is a big topic to cover! Many of us are not explicitly taught how to address sex, intimacy, pleasure, or relationships with our clients. I would be honored to collaborate with you in your practice and help you expand your skills in order to better meet your clients whole, complex selves.
